1. Provide guidance and assistance to management, and other personnel as needed. 2. Handle disciplinary reports ,proceedings, Attendance of employees and labours. 3. Review ,analyze ,recommend policies , processes , internal standards of conduct such as team restructuring to ensure efficiency of working system. 4. Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads on various platforms and arrange training programmes to get employees equipped for their duties. 5.
